Building positive relationships

Telephone02 6925 4403

As part of the low socio-economic status (SES) school communities national partnership program, The Bidgee School has been able to develop a program in conjunction with Wagga Wagga TAFE.

This partnership program offers experiences to our students in areas that they won't have participated in previously and will also provide them with a chance to experience what TAFE has to offer.

Selected students participate in lessons at TAFE one day per week.

They will have the opportunity to  develop skills in trades such as welding, hospitality, automotive, shop fitting and joining panel beating, sray painting, screen printing, concreting and painting and decorating, with each trade course running for a period of 5 to 6 weeks.
