The Patrick White Writing Competition has been designed to encourage Indigenous Australian Students in New South Wales from Kindergarten to Year 12, which will allow them to use their reading, writing and creative skills.
The themes for this years competition are:
# "Things are not always what they seem...."
# "Dreaming"
# "Standing on one leg..."
Group Competition:
This section of the competition is offered to support Aboriginal Students working together with their classmates to develop a shared story, poem or play.
Applications:
Entries close on Friday 23rd September 2016
Schools are free to enter as many stories, poems or plays as they like for each category. To enter please download the entry form at:
